Uttaradhikari (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal, financial, and sensitive information.   • Investment, asset, nominee, and succession-related information
  • Documents uploaded by the user

Note: Uttaradhikari does not store debit/credit card numbers, CVV, or net-banking credentials.

c) Technical & Usage Data

  • Device information, OS version, IP address
  • App usage logs, crash data, timestamps
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. Purpose of Data Collection

  • Secure storage and organized access to personal records
  • Succession, nominee, and information-sharing workflows
  • User authentication and account management
  • Improving platform security and performance
  • Legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

4. Payments & Financial Transactions

Payments are processed exclusively through HDFC Bank–authorized payment gateways.

  • Uttaradhikari never stores payment card or banking credentials
  • Payment data is handled directly by HDFC Bank through PCI-DSS–compliant systems
  • We receive only transaction status, reference IDs, and confirmation details

All payment processing follows RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS standards, and HDFC Bank security policies.

5. Data Safety & Security Practices (Google Play Compliance)

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest where applicable
  • Role-based and logged access to user data
  • No use of sensitive personal data for advertising
  • No sharing of data for cross-app tracking
  • Data retention limited to service delivery and legal compliance needs

Despite safeguards, no digital system is completely secure. Users acknowledge this inherent risk.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers

  • Payment gateways (HDFC Bank)

8. Account Deletion Policy

  • Users may request deletion through the in-app option (Settings → Delete Account)
  • Or via email from the registered email address

Upon deletion:

  • Personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized
  • Certain records may be retained for legal, audit, or fraud-prevention obligations
  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored

9. Data Retention

  • For as long as the account remains active
  • As required by applicable laws and regulations
  • For dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes

10. Children’s Privacy

Uttaradhikari is not intended for users below 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Breach of this Privacy Policy
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
